Port of Québec and the St. Lawrence live cam

Québec City was founded in 1608 on a cliff above the St. Lawrence River, at the point where the river narrows, and its walled old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This camera from the Port of Québec looks over the cruise ship terminal below the old town, the river and the town of Lévis on the far shore.

From spring to autumn, cruise ships tie up right below the old town, and the autumn color season is the busiest. In winter the river fills with ice floes, and in February the city celebrates its famous Winter Carnival.
