Lakefront & Navy Pier live cam

A 4K live camera on Chicago's lakefront, looking at Navy Pier, Lake Shore Drive, the boats and the skyline.

Chicago's lakefront is one of the great city waterfronts in the world, with miles of parks and beaches along Lake Michigan beneath one of America's most famous skylines. Navy Pier, with its Ferris wheel, stretches out into the lake.

In summer the lake fills with sailboats and the 'Playpen', where boats gather near the shore, while winter brings ice and dramatic storms.

Live streams sometimes pause for maintenance or bad weather. We check every camera regularly and hide those that go offline.
