A live camera on Copacabana beach at Posto 3, with the famous wave-patterned promenade and the Atlantic Ocean.

Copacabana is one of the most famous beaches in the world, a four-kilometer curve of sand backed by the wave-patterned mosaic promenade designed by Roberto Burle Marx. Lifeguard posts, or 'postos', number the beach, and each section has its own crowd.

Weekends and sunny afternoons are the busiest, and on New Year's Eve more than two million people gather here for the Réveillon fireworks.
