The Best of Montréal in Summer

Montreal on a summer day and into the night. The walk begins on the Old Port waterfront and at Notre-Dame Basilica, explores the back streets of Old Montreal with their old bank buildings, then moves up to the pedestrian streets of the Plateau Mont-Royal.

The afternoon continues through the Quartier des Spectacles and along Sainte-Catherine Street, the main downtown shopping street, with a pause in Dorchester Square and at the giant ring of Place Ville Marie. After dark the city fills with neon and crowds, and the video ends with the light show at Place des Festivals.
