About this video

An autumn afternoon in Toronto when the maples have turned red and gold. The walk begins on the University of Toronto campus, with the Gothic buildings of Hart House and Trinity College, follows Philosopher's Walk to the Royal Ontario Museum and the boutiques of Yorkville, then returns along University Avenue to Queen's Park.

The second half explores residential Toronto: the Yonge and Bloor area, Jarvis Street's garden village, the towers of St. James Town and the Victorian houses of Cabbagetown, before crossing the Don River into Leslieville. It is a calm, leafy contrast to the downtown core.
