Munich: Marienplatz to the English Garden and Olympiapark

A long, hot walk across Munich in July 2026 (about 30°C). It starts on Marienplatz, visits the Heilig-Geist church and the Viktualienmarkt, then threads through the side streets to the Platzl and the Alter Hof.

From Maximilianstraße and Max-Joseph-Platz it passes the Residenz and the yellow Theatinerkirche on Odeonsplatz, crosses the Hofgarten into the English Garden, and finally heads north through Münchner Freiheit to BMW Welt and the Olympiapark.
