Kyoto Hidden Valleys Drive: Arashiyama to Kibune

A drive into Kyoto's green valleys, filmed in May 2026. The first part winds through the hills, then the main drive passes the Sagano bamboo grove, Arashiyama station and the Togetsukyō Bridge over the Katsura River, Seiryō-ji and the Ninna-ji temple.

It then follows the Kamo River north into the narrow mountain valley of Kibune, past the lantern-lined approach to Kifune Shrine and its inner shrine, before returning to the city past Nijō Castle and the Nishi Hongan-ji temple.
