Marrakech Walking Tour: Medina, Souks and Moroccan Charm

A walk through the medina of Marrakech on Sunday 8 February 2026 (about 18°C). It starts on Rue Riad Zitoun and Rue des Banques at the edge of the old city, spends a long stretch in the great square of Jemaa el-Fna and takes a break in the Arset El Bilk gardens.

Then it plunges into the souks: Souk Semmarine, the spice square of Rahba Kedima, the dyers' souk with its hanging skeins of wool, alleys of food stalls, and Souk Mouassine, ending at Le Jardin Secret, a restored palace garden. A good taste of the medina's maze without getting lost yourself.
