Late Afternoon in Le Marais

A late-afternoon walk across the Marais during the evening rush, from near Place de la République to Châtelet. It starts on the Boulevard du Temple and explores the quieter Haut Marais along Rue Charlot and Rue Pastourelle, then cuts south through Rue des Archives, Rue des Blancs Manteaux and Rue du Temple.

After Rue Rambuteau it leaves the Marais for Les Halles: Rue Pierre Lescot, the Fountain of the Innocents on Place Joachim du Bellay, Rue Saint-Denis and finally Rue de Rivoli.
