San Francisco 4K Walking Tour: Pier 39 to Union Square

Four hours of San Francisco from morning into night. The walk begins at Fisherman's Wharf and Jefferson Street, then follows the Embarcadero to Pier 39 with its carousel, its views of Alcatraz and the famous sea lions lounging on the docks.

It continues along the piers past the Exploratorium to the Ferry Building, then heads inland to Union Square and its cable cars, through the Dragon Gate into Chinatown, and ends among the towers of the Financial District on Market Street.
