Pennsylvania holds two very different cities. Philadelphia is where the Declaration of Independence was signed, and its Old City is full of colonial brick streets, Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Pittsburgh, on the other side of the state, is a former steel town reborn, set where three rivers meet and crossed by more than 400 bridges, with steep inclines that climb to sweeping skyline views.
