Venice Ultimate Walking Tour: Rialto & San Marco

The first part of a seven-hour walk through Venice, almost four hours long. It starts along the canal by the Rialto Bridge, browses a mask workshop, the Rialto fish market and Campo Erberia, then takes in a rooftop view and the Church of San Salvador on the way to Piazza San Marco and the view from the Campanile.

After the Bridge of Sighs and the waterfront the walk disappears into the back streets of Castello and Cannaregio: Campo San Zaccaria, Campo Santa Maria Formosa, the Libreria Acqua Alta, Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo and quiet hidden courtyards, with a stop at a supermarket inside an old theatre.
