Explore Shanghai's Urban Landscape on Foot

Four hours across Shanghai's newer neighbourhoods rather than the classic sights. The walk opens with a long stretch on the North Bund, with wide views of the Huangpu River and the Pudong skyline, then moves to the shopping streets around the Jing'an Temple.

Later sections follow Huaihai Middle Road and the busy Xujiahui shopping area, and the video ends on the West Bund, the riverside promenade where locals come to run, skate and relax. A good look at everyday modern Shanghai.
